Injured Campbell considered suicide

English sprinter Darren Campbell has admitted he considered suicide to escape the injury nightmare which has plagued him for the past two years.

Campbell emerged from his trough of despair to grab bronze behind Frankie Fredericks and Marlon Devonish in the 200 metres last night.
