Bowyer signs for Liverpool

Liverpool have agreed a fee with Leeds United for Lee Bowyer’s transfer.

The transfer-listed 25-year-old returned to pre-season training with the Yorkshire club yesterday, but his Elland Road future was in doubt after refusing to sign a lucrative new contract.
