Michael Ballack put aside his disappointment at being suspended for the World Cup Final by scoring the goal which took Germany there.
Four minutes after receiving his second booking of the tournament for fouling Lee Chun-soo, Ballack showed great composure to score in the 75th minute to send Germany through to a record seventh final.
