Half-time: Rivaldo pegs England back

England were pegged back by a goal in first half injury-time from Rivaldo after taking the lead through Michael Owen in their World Cup quarter-final in Shizuoka.

Owen had struck after 23 minutes following a mistake by Lucio and England looked reasonably comfortable before Rivaldo stroked home his fifth goal of the tournament in the closing moments of the half.
