Ebdon takes 10-6 lead into final

World number seven Peter Ebdon takes a four-frame lead into the second half of the Embassy World Championships final in Sheffield today.

Ebdon took six of the eight frames in yesterday’s evening session to take a commanding lead over seven-times champion Stephen Hendry, who failed to play up to his potential in the first half of the best-of-35 match.
