F1: Frentzen waits on Prost's future
Heinz-Harald Frentzen will wait to see if Prost survives before deciding between a move to Arrows or Minardi.
The Prost team will discover this week if a rescue bid worth a reported $40m is successful.
And only then can the German decide his future in Formula One.
His manager Monte Field said: "It is Arrows who we are talking seriously to at the moment, but we have gone around in circles a few times.
"If we don't make progress with them then we may look deeper at other options, but the first step for Prost is to get the green light."
However, a proposed move to Arrows could be complicated by Huub Rothengatter's claim that he has the "fullest confidence" that his client Jos Verstappen will be Enrique Bernoldi's teammate next season.
