Darts: Beaton survives seven-set thriller

Steve Beaton held off the brave challenge of veteran Bob Anderson tonight to book his place in the second round of the Skol World Championship in Purfleet.

Anderson produced a vintage display and had several opportunities to close out a hard-fought contest but it was Beaton who held his nerve to clinch a 4-3 win.
