F1: Moscow race track plans are on target

A new race track in Moscow, capable of hosting a Formula One Grand Prix event, should be completed by the first half of 2003.

Grigory Antyufeyev, chairman of the Moscow Committee for Tourism, said plans for the 2.23 mile track, on the eastern outskirts of the city, are on target.
