Formula One: Ferrari may start season with old car

Ferrari may have to start the 2002 Formula One season with their old car says technical director Ross Brawn.

Last month Brawn said the team will run this season's car at the beginning of 2002 if they are forced to.

And he repeated his belief at the Autosport awards in London last weekend, prompting speculation the new car will not be ready.

He said: "We have the option to run the old car if we want to and we're not too worried if we have to."
