Motorsport: Burns on track to claim C'ship

Subaru’s Richard Burns is on track to claim victory in this year’s World Rally Championship after finishing the first day of the British Rally in second place today.

Burns needs to finish in fourth place or better to win the championship after Ford’s Colin McRae crashed out earlier today.
