Motorsport: Suzuki race ahead with new format

Suzuki are to race their brand new four-stroke motorcycle in next year’s MotoGP championship a year ahead of schedule.

The Japanese company had not been due to race the new machine until 2003 but have now followed Yamaha and Honda by announcing plans to switch from two-strokes to four-strokes next year.
