Formula 1: Jordan win appeal over Trulli disqualification
Jordan have won their appeal over Jarno Trulli's disqualification from fourth place in the United States Grand Prix.
An international court of appeal in Paris upheld the appeal after it was revealed one of the stewards was absent during the initial hearing in Indianapolis.
Trulli was disqualified when the skid-block under his car was found to be illegal in a post-car inspection.
As a result of the decision Jordan move up one place to fifth in the Constructor's Championship.
Jaguar's Eddie Irvine drops from fourth to fifth place in the official race result.
