Snooker: Lee beats Hendry to clinch final place
Steven Lee has beaten former world champion, Stephen Hendry six frames to four in the semi-final of the LG Cup in Preston.
Lee took the first four frames to lead 4-0 and looked to be running away with the match.
However, Hendry came back by winning the next three frames to trail 4-3. Lee then stretched his lead to 5-3 before Hendry pulled the deficit back to one frame.
Lee took the next frame to clinch victory and set up a meeting with either Ronnie O' Sullivan or Northern Ireland's Joe Swail.
