Ronnie O’Sullivan has progressed to the third round of the LG Cup following his 5-0 win over John Birch.

The win sets O’Sullivan up for a possible meeting with Jimmy White.

O’Sullivan also recorded the highest break of the tournament so far, a 138 in the second frame.
