Racing: Dorans Pride tops Kerry National field
Dorans Pride topped the weights for the richest ever Kerry National, highlight of the Listowel Festival.
The veteran Irish chaser, twice placed in the Cheltenham Gold Cup, has 12st in the ÂŁ100,000 contest.
Other possible home-trained runners in the three-mile contest include Foxchapel King (11-2) and last year's runner-up River Cora (9-4).
The Ferdy Murphy-trained Mac's Supreme won the race for Britain last year and there are four potential raiders from this country 12 months on.
Paul Webber's Flying Instructor (11-5) heads the quartet and he could be joined by Norman Mason's Red Ark (10-6) and Paul Nicholls' pair Galapiat du Mesnil and Laazim Afooz.
