Aidan O'Brien's impressive Darley July Cup winner is 4-11 with the sponsors and Ladbrokes - the Tote go 4-9 - to complete a Group One double in the Knavesmire five-furlong contest.
O'Brien said: "He's been in good form since Newmarket and I'm just looking forward to tomorrow."
And his jockey Michael Kinane added: "We've been happy with him since Newmarket. His work has been as great as ever and I'm sure he won't let us down."
Mozart faces 10 rivals including last year's winner Nuclear Debate and Pipalong, who gave Tim Easterby his first Group One success in the Stanley Leisure Sprint Cup at Haydock Park last season.
Silent Honor, the 16-1 ante-post favourite with William Hill for the Sagitta 1000 Guineas, heads a field of eight high-class fillies declared for the Peugeot Lowther Stakes.
David Loder's juvenile has earned her prominent position in the betting for next season's Classic with wins in her two starts to date, including a short head call over Lady High Havens in the Cherry Hinton Stakes at Newmarket last time out.
