Schumacher takes poll at Hungaroring

Ferrari's Michael Schumacher claimed poll position for tomorrow's Hungarian Grand Prix.

Victory for the German on Sunday would see him crowned World Champion again, while he would also equal Alain Prost's record of 51 grand prix wins.

David Coulthard in his McLaren was second fastest, ahead of Rubens Barrichello (Ferrari).

Williams' Ralf Schumacher was in fourth place.

Jordan were boosted by the fifth place poll of Jarno Trulli, whose new team-mate Jean Alesi, came in 12th fastest.

Finland's Mika Hakkinen was sixth fastest.
