Formula 1: Frentzen was fired by Jordan

Formula One team Jordan have sacked Heinz-Harald Frentzen after the German failed to win a point in 11 races this season.

The 34-year-old, who finished seventh at the recent British Grand Prix, has parted company with the team following showdown talks with chief executive Eddie Jordan.
