Formula 1: Irvine writes off Coulthard title hopes

Eddie Irvine has written off David Coulthard’s chances of world title glory as a parting shot to round off a week of constant criticism.

Coulthard is now 37 points behind championship leader Michael Schumacher after crashing out of yesterday’s British Grand Prix at Silverstone with suspension failure as a result of a first-corner collision with the Jordan of Jarno Trulli.
