Formula One: Jaguar/McLaren battle lands in court

Jaguar Racing have taken their battle with rivals McLaren over Formula One's top designer Adrian Newey to the courts.

Jaguar obtained an injunction restraining McLaren from employing Newey beyond July 31.

The move comes just a week after Newey had decided to join Ford-owned Jaguar from August next year - only to change his mind and agree an extension to his contract with McLaren.
