The FBD Milk Ras makes its way from Nenagh to Castleisland today in a mountainous 185 kilometre stage - the longest of the race.

German Dirk Reichl of the Dutch Telecom team leads the way, with the Irish challenger Morgan Fox in second place.

Fox is just four seconds behind Reichl, and leads in the green jersey category.
