The on-off saga of Lennox Lewis’ rematch with Hasim Rahman continues after the American failed to sign on the dotted line last night.

Rahman had been expected to formally agree to defend his WBC and IBF heavyweight titles against Lewis following a $17m offer from American cable network HBO.
