Further Eircom Park talks set for today
Top FAI executives are meeting at a Dublin hotel today to consider the future of the controversial £130m Eircom Park.
They will hear proposals from new investors and another offer from the Government to participate in the new national stadium.
The four-man team appointed two weeks ago will report on its discussions with new investor Davy Hickey.
FAI treasurer Brendan Menton is also due to give a briefing on his meeting last week with the Taoiseach and Sports Minister Jim McDaid over their offer to accommodate the soccer body involved in the national stadium.
