Australian Open: Serena secures place in last 16
Serena Williams booked her place in the next round of the Australian Open after defeating Thailand's Tamarine Tanasugarn in straight sets.
The sixth-seed won her third round match 6-1, 6-4 and will now face 17-year-old Czech player Daja Bedanova in the last 16.
"I was pretty disappointed with the way I played," Serena said. "It's not that I wouldn't move my feet - I couldn't. It was very weird.
"The wind was chasing the ball a little, and I just didn't do the things that I want to do," she added.
