Leicester sign Mancini

Leicester City have completed the signing of Roberto Mancini on a short-term basis.

The former Italian international striker is being unveiled at a press conference at the club's training ground today.

It is unclear at this stage whether the Lazio player has signed on a month's loan or until the end of the current campaign.

But the man who was Sven-Goran Eriksson's number two at Lazio will definitely become a Leicester player.

A club spokesman said: "There are a few details to be finalised but Mancini will be unveiled at a press conference this lunchtime".
