Star Cole could have played for Arsenal

West Ham's Joe Cole, who is on the verge of an England call-up, could well have been an Arsenal player.

Cole will be scrutinised by Sven-Goran Eriksson at Upton Park on Saturday in the Hammers' clash with Sunderland.
