Galway hurlers may face move south to Munster

Galway's senior hurlers may yet find themselves playing in next summer's Munster championship, despite refusing invitations to meet Leinster and Munster officials at last week's meeting of the Hurling Development Committee. The HDC is to meet again tonight to discuss the future structures of the All-Ireland championship. The Committee has already devised a complex losers' group system to replace the much-criticised 'backdoor'.
