Enqvist and Costa out of Australian Open

Sweden's Thomas Enqvist and Spaniard Albert Costa have been forced to pull out of the Australian Open through injury.

Enqvist told tournament officials that he will be unable to play in this year's event, which starts next Monday, due to surgery on his shoulder and foot.
