International middle distance runner John Travers launched the Forest Feast Fit4Youth programme in Morton Stadium last week.
New Fit4Youth aims to get Irish youngsters running for fun

The programme, developed by former Irish international athlete Geraldine Nolan, is aimed at youths aged 12-19 who want to get fit in a fun, non-competitive environment.

“Athletics can be a good way to get fit while also pursuing other activities,” said Travers after a warm-up, drills, a one mile run on the track, a cool down, and a goody bag for everyone
