Dynamo Cover launches new Irish racing team

The future of Irish cycling has been given a huge boost following the news the country will have two UCI continental teams in 2016.

Dynamo Cover, which has confirmed a number of Irish riders in recent days, will be registered in Ireland. It will also have a junior academy based in Dublin that will act as a feeder system for the senior squad.

The team was originally to be registered in September in Britain and have just two Irish riders but that plan changed when the British cycling team was told it would be required to have nine riders from the country.
