France and Wales go head to head
The encounter celebrates 80 years of the four-nation European Championship — Wales faced France in the inaugural game of the first competition in Bordeaux on New Year’s Day 1935.
The French made a winning start to the competition against Ireland before suffering a record 84-4 mauling in their one-off international by England last Saturday, and are boosted by the return of new captain Theo Fages and Catalans Dragons duo Jason Baitieri and Tony Gigot.
Ireland will return to action at the Carlisle Grounds in Bray on Saturday November 7 to take on Wales in the final game of the European Championship Group A.
Having beaten Scotland 24-22, Ireland will be hoping to finish the tournament on a high, and could still claim the title.
The game kicks off at 5pm and tickets are available from ticketmaster.ie priced at €10 for an adult and €20 for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.
An early bird discount of 20% remains on tickets purchased before Sunday.
