Éamon Bowen in brilliant form as Gary Daly exits
Bowen is back in Ballincurrig next Sunday facing the winner of the second semi-final between Aidan Murphy and Killian Kingston who meet on Saturday.
He opened with a brilliant bowl to light easily beating Daly’s good first throw. Daly reached Moore’s gate with his second. Bowen lodged his reply on the left verge well hind. He got a good third towards Geary’s, which Daly missed with a poor effort that he blew left. Daly then reached the middle of the green and Bowen again planted his reply into the verge on the left.
