Yohan Blake delights at Morton Games

Morton Stadium danced a Jamaican beat last night as Yohan Blake set a new stadium record of 10.12 seconds as he continues his return to the top of the athletics tree.

Blake, nicknamed ‘the Beast’ and the second fastest man in the world, injured since winning 100m and 200m silver at London 2012 was a late addition to the Morton games mix and certainly didn’t disappoint, beating team mate Michael Frater by 0.15 seconds.

“I’ve always wanted to come to Ireland,” admitted Blake.
