Equestrian: Peter Fell says National Championships will be ‘major event’

The inaugural Eventing Ireland National Championships at Ballindenisk, Co Cork, will be a “major affair” according organiser Peter Fell. 

“We are expecting anything up to 500 entries and hope to have a minimum of €20,000 in prizemoney,” said Fell. “Let there be no illusions, this will be a major affair, akin to an international event, with a festival atmosphere.

“This is all about giving EI members, at every level, a chance to compete at a major competition. Everyone will get the opportunity to share in the limelight.
