Russian southpaw Sofya Ochigava is looking sharp ahead of June’s European Elite Women’s Championships in Romania, according to Irish coach Antionette Faye.

Ochigava, who lost the 2012 Olympic final to Katie Taylor, beat Ireland’s Alanna Audley-Murphy in Germany yesterday.

Ireland’s seven-strong squad met Germany A and B and Russia in a Round Robin tournament in Wittenburg on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
