Stroll in the Park for Britton

Fionnuala Britton declared herself happy with her competitive return to action at the Gerry Farnan cross country festival yesterday as she cruised to victory over three miles in 15:45 in the Phoenix Park.

Britton is currently building her form for the upcoming European Cross Country Championships in Serbia on December 8.

Sara Treacy was second in 16:26 yesterday with Laura Crowe third in 16:36.
