GOLF: Twenty golfers to follow

Might you have enough on your plate with friends and colleagues bending your ear about their misfortune on the sixth or the bunker shot they nailed on 18, without the world’s top golfers wrecking your head too, with their triumphs and despairs and might-have-beens?

In fairness to them, though, some of the world’s top golfers turn out to be reasonably interesting people, with things to say on a range of subjects. Some of them — that’s you in the Union Jack trousers — will inevitably wreck your head too. But here, in no particular order, are 20 worth a follow…
