Difficult to get past Malouda

Cashen Malouda is very difficult to oppose in the third race at Curraheen Park tonight.

Difficult to get past Malouda

Chris Houlihan's dog wasn't beaten far behind Shoemakers Lad in the final of the Kudos Supersprint here earlier in the year and a repeat of that sort of form would be more than good enough in this company.

He ought to have the legs of these rivals and is a confident selection to return to winning ways.

Only by virtue of his overall record did Express Mission miss out on the nap selection, as he's been gifted a real winning opportunity in the race ten. His sole victory to date came at Clonmel when he led all the way to beat Ballybough Hawke by a neck.

That form received a huge boost when the runner-up went on to finish second behind Power Of God in the Produce Stakes final. While Express Mission has failed to add to that Clonmel success, he continues in good form and can make his class count.

Incitatus can bounce back to winning ways in the second semi-final of the Barry's Tea Open 750. Pat Buckley's dog was unfortunate in defeat in the opening round. He missed the kick on that occasion but is capable of breaking better and if prominent early, will take beating. Mountaylor Ace rates the value alternative.

In the other semi-final, Dogwithacollar can follow up his first-round success. Toberadora Holly and Woe Girl are likely to set the fractions but Dogwithacollar can follow that pair around the opening bends before launching a late and successful bid for glory.

James Roche’s Sashas Tigga can take the final of the Curraheen A3 525. He has a fair bit to find with Lemon Mel on semi-final form but he’s better than that and can lead all.
