Shelbourne Park racing to be shown on SIS

IRISH greyhound racing received an early Christmas present yesterday with the news that the Irish Greyhound Board has agreed a two year deal with SIS which will see racing from Shelbourne Park shown in betting shops around the world.

Full details have yet to be revealed but the deal will commence in January and should result in significant increased revenue for the Irish Greyhound industry.

Satellite Information Services (SIS) provide racing and greyhound pictures to customers all over the world and the Shelbourne Park racing will be beamed worldwide on all three nights they race each week. As part of the new arrangement, SIS personnel will attend Shelbourne to collate the betting shows and return the SP.
