Keenan keen to get cracking

FEW people can be as eager for the 2011-12 Nivea for Men’s SuperLeague to get going this weekend as new UL Eagles coach Mark Keenan.

The Dubliner’s summer departure from champions Killester has got everyone talking but the 44-year is more interested in the future.

“Everyone is preoccupied with this Killester-UL move but it is behind me now and it was out of my control,” Keenan said yesterday at the season launch in Tallaght. “This is a new challenge with a new team because I have to get my ideas across.”
