The sponsors have five of her dogs in the top 15 in the market including Thursday’s winners Kingo, and Razldazl Bugatti.
Tonight she sends out her A-Team with litter brothers, Razldazl George and Razldazl Jayfkay plus Easter Cup and 2010 Champion Stakes winner Makeshift all expected to take some stopping.
Razldazl George was the star of the opening round when belying the terrible ground conditions to post 29.88 on a track rated a half second slow last Saturday. A repeat of that effort would see him run out a comfortable winner of Heat 10.
Razldazl Jayfkay goes in Heat 12, but there was plenty of evidence in his opening round defeat that he is ready to unleash a special performance. After early crowding last week, he recovered to finish second and, with the draw in his favour tonight, he gets the nod to account for the likes of Barefoot Bullet and Ballymac Razl.
Of the Ruth trained contingent, Makeshift is perhaps the one that looks most vulnerable. He has a favourable draw in the red jacket in the opening heat, but will need to be at his very best with Meadow Bank Owl, Pablo Supreme, Slippery Bob and Krug Ninety Five to contend with. In what could be one of the best contests of the round, Meadow Bank Owl gets the nod to score for the in-form Graham Holland.
Defending champion Tyrur McGuigan will be one of the hottest favourites of the evening when he takes his chance in the final heat. The black was foot-perfect last week and it would be a major surprise if he didn’t continue his winning ways.
Champion Stakes winner Uncle Eoin will also start a hot favourite, facing just four rivals in Heat 11 where he should emerge a comfortable winner. Others that appeal include Southern Oaks winner Ballymac Mitsy in Heat 14, while Movealong Tony can unleash his trademark big finish to take Heat 15.
