O’Brien pens lucrative deal

IRELAND’S hero from the cricket world cup has been rewarded with a full-time contract by Gloucestershire.

Kevin O’Brien, who made a century in the famous win over England has joined the county side to strengthen up their batting.

“We are delighted to have signed Kevin O’Brien to our squad with particular reference to his one-day skills,” coach John Bracewell said.
