Makeshift to run riot for Ruth

DOLORES Ruth has already achieved much in her training career, having won an Irish and an English Derby amongst other major purses, but she would dearly love to add a College Causeway/ Killahan Phanter Easter Cup title to her tally.

The Rathangan-based handler may never have a better chance as she sends out both Makeshift and Razldazl George in tonight’s €25,000 decider.

However, they face some stiff opposition, with Broadstrand Lad and Slippery Bob the most obvious dangers.
