Kürten settles dispute with owner

SHOW jumper Jessica Kürten has reached a settlement in her dispute with horse owner Georgina Forbes.

Kürten said the agreement meant she could now focus on competing. “I can live well with this outcome. The attorneys and courts will deal with the rest,” she said. Kürten has plummeted down the world rankings as a result of being denied the ride on Forbes’ horses, which include the high-class Castle Forbes Libertina, Castle Forbes Myrtille Paulois, Vivaldo and Paddington. Kürten will retain the title deeds for Castle Forbes Cosma.
