AUSTRALIAN Neil Robertson completed quickfire a 10-2 victory over veteran Steve Davis in round one of the Betfred.com World Championship yesterday.

Robertson, 27, had been troubled recently by a shoulder injury but his game looked in good shape as he thrashed Davis.

Six-time world champion Davis is now 51 and this was his 29th visit to the Crucible.
