The Irish Sports Council has written to over 200 elite competitors outlining stringent measures, including a demand for a day by day breakdown of athletes’ whereabouts for the next three months.

Failure to provide such a list, or be in the appointed place when drug testers call during that term, may result in a withdrawal of their funding.
