Let’s flash the cash in window of opportunity

ANOTHER week, another record to add to Chelsea’s ever expanding list — most consecutive away wins in top flight football.

It was made all the sweeter as the previous record was held by Tottenham for nearly 40 years, from the days when they won the league in black and white under Bill Nicholson.

But more important than any record was getting back to winning ways and keeping the pressure on Liverpool and ensuring there is breathing space between ourselves and United (who seem to be gathering a worrying amount of momentum). We have a good record at Bolton and the weekend’s trip was enlivened by yet another surgical strike from Anelka and an illuminating volley from Deco.
