Rely on Roaming

THE unbeaten Roaming Billy has plenty going for him in the A4 Stakes final at Curraheen Park tonight.

Trained by Liam O’Callaghan, Roaming Billy is unbeaten in two starts, scoring by an aggregate of 11 lengths in 29.04 and 28.79.

Clearly going the right way and nicely sited in trap two, Roaming Billy can complete a hat-trick.

Arcade Torres, having his first run in over five months and only his second in all when a four and a half lengths runner-up behind Billy is the semis, has scope for improvement.

The improving Mucky Martin made it three wins from five starts when making all in 28.97 last week but has a trap four draw with which to contend.

Cover Up can make it two wins from as many outings by taking the second heat of the A6 Racedogs Stakes. She recovered from a tardy start to justify favouritism in 29.48 and has scope for further improvement.

Prima Star, in the wars when a beaten favourite in his two outings so far, finishing a four and a half lengths third in 29.37 last time, can gain a deserved turn in the opening heat.
