Diego Meister set for glory

THE Track Bookmakers Southern Sprint and the Diarmuid Coffey Unraced Stake finals form the centrepiece of a cracking Youghal card tonight.

Diego Meister can enhance his reputation by taking the €4,000 to-the-winner Southern Sprint final.

The selection is unbeaten in the stake, following up a 17.49 first round run with a 17.83 effort last week, and, with an inside seed on his immediate left, looks booked for a dream run.
