Honey looks a tasty proposition

CHINOOK HONEY, unlucky in the heats, can bounce back in the second semi-final of the Maureen Kennedy Memorial A3 Stakes at Youghal tonight.

The John Kiely trained runner encountered traffic problems after a mistimed exit when a two lengths runner-up behind Carrington in 29.41 last week.

There was plenty to admire about Chinook Honey’s runaway 29.20 win here in October, however, and a switch to the inside (she ran from trap four last week) can enable her turn the tables.
